Announced by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, several additions to the budget were mentioned to improve economy and other aspects. Eight major focused areas in budget 2022 are 30% tax on income from virtual digital assets, RBI to come up with digital currency using block chain technology, PM GatiShakti Master Plan that includes 7 engines of growth and will speed up the development, Mental health Programme will be launched, E-passports with implanted chips to be out in 2022 to 2023, startups will be promoted to develop Drone technology, total number of post offices to be connected with core banking system. Mental health experts are quite happy with the initiative taken by administration to improve mental health stability through this budget.
