A ramjet supersonic cruise missile with the medium range, BrahMos can be launched from land, aircraft, ships or submarine. It is also considered as one of the fastest supersonic cruise missiles in the world. Developed with the Russian Federation’s NPO Mashinostroyeniya and India’s Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO), it is currently a fastest anti-ship cruise missile functioning.
