Lynch had faced a legal battle for years as he repeatedly fought against extradition. In the United States, Lynch is facing fraud and conspiracy charges for allegedly artificially inflating Autonomy’s revenues before its HP acquisition back in 2011. In the event he is guilty, as per the US litigation, Lynch could face a hefty fine and or up to 10 years imprisonment.
