  3 mn readThings have changed dramatically on Twitter over the past nine months, and it has been quite the roller-coaster ride. I am still on the platform, but I the time I spend on there has lessened rather dramatically. Twitter is basically a pay-to-play platform now, with Elon Musk describing their content during a Twitter Spaces session as being like the spam folder in one’s email inbox. Whether such a description was intentional or an unhappy coincidence, we probably will never find out, but the way the algorithm has been tweaked to favour subscribers, it certainly does feel as if non-subscribers’ content is only an afterthought now.

Verified by several reports, the fire was set early in the morning between 1:30-2:30 am on 2nd of July which was quickly suppressed by San Francisco department, with no major damage or injuries. According to the information, people were supporters of Khalistan and are now under radar of local, state and federal authorities of US. This episode, right after Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to US demonstrates strong detestation against current Indian administration. This separatist group has already demanded to free Amritpal Singh, a radical Khalistani separatist during his arrest in the country.
